To request this service, you can use our new telephone application, or use the touch screens situated in the reception area.

Once the application has downloaded, and you have selected the hotel, you can acces the wifi section from the applications main menu.
Insert your room number, your surname, and arrival date. After the automatic confirmation, you will see your access codes on your screen.
We also send this information to your e-mail address so it will be available to you during your stay.
Touch Screen
If you do not have a smart phone, do not worry. In the reception area, you have a large touch screen device that offers you the possibility of requiring your access code.
Enter the Hotel section, where you will find the wifi section. Insert the required information and you will see your access codes on the screen.
